Forest Friends - Showa Toy Box Hirsch und Eichhörnchen Set

The texture honestly surprised me—it's soft and squishy like a proper blow doll, which makes the deer and squirrel feel way more playful than the usual hard vinyl. The pink finish keeps that retro toy charm, but it's nicer to handle than I remember as a kid.

The pink color is so nostalgic, like something from my childhood toy box, but the soft, squishy feel makes these feel way more premium than the old plastic ones. I keep the deer on my desk just to squeeze it when I’m stressed, it’s oddly calming.

The rubbery texture on these little guys is exactly what I wanted — it feels just like the old squeeze toys from my childhood. The deer and squirrel pair look adorable sitting together on my desk.
