John ★★★★★

My package showed up with a dented corner and the contents cracked, but filing a claim through this protection took maybe five minutes and the refund hit my account in two days. It’s the kind of safety net you don’t think you need until you actually do.

Violet ★★★★★

Lost a package during the holiday chaos and the claim process through Route took less than five minutes from my phone. Got my refund approved the same day, which honestly saved me from a full-on meltdown.

Samuel ★★★★★

My package showed up with a crushed corner and the item inside was broken, but filing a claim through Route took maybe five minutes and the refund hit my account two days later. That peace of mind at checkout is honestly worth the few extra cents.
