CCP Middle Size Series Gamera Vol. 3 "Gamera: Guardian of the Universe" Gyaos (1995) Clear Blue Ver.

The deformed, chunky sculpt on this Gyaos really sells the old-school sofubi look I was after. It sits nicely on my shelf next to the other middle size figures without taking up much room.

The clear blue vinyl catches light way better than the promo photos suggested, and Gyaos's deformed wings look great from every angle on my shelf. Only gripe is that the tail seam is a bit visible up close, but honestly it fits the retro soft vinyl vibe.

I've been collecting this middle size series for a while and the clear blue vinyl on this Gyaos looks even better in person than in the photos. The translucent material catches light really nicely on the shelf, and the retro deformed styling is exactly what I wanted.
